Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and have the necessary means of transportation to arrive at their shift(s) on time. Volunteer positions are unpaid. Each volunteer will receive MCWS apparel and parking for their services during the event. Volunteering does not guarantee access to tickets.
MEN’S COLLEGE WORLD SERIES VOLUNTEERS
The NCAA Men’s College World Series spans ten days and requires many volunteers committed to helping make this a great event. Our volunteers show each and every baseball fan what an exceptional host city Omaha is and they help continue the tradition that has been part of this city for more than 75 years. As a CWS of Omaha, Inc. volunteer, you will be creating memories for fans and student-athletes from around the country.
VOLUNTEER POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
College World Series of Omaha, Inc., will provide volunteer opportunities during the 2025 Men’s College World Series at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. Volunteer job descriptions are outlined below. These are subject to change as we prepare for 2025.
MCWS Fan Information Booth and Fan Fest Volunteers
Volunteers in the MCWS Fan Information/Waiver Station Tent are the heartbeat that makes Fan Fest a success! Be prepared to greet fans and answer questions regarding Fan Fest, the event, and the City of Omaha. We'll prep you with everything you need to know! This position will also assist with checking in fans at the Fan Fest Waiver Station. Once fans sign their waive, they can enjoy all of fun activities that Fan Fest offers! This includes a home run derby, speed pitch, base running and other interactive stations from the NCAA's Corporate Partners!
MCWS Ambassadors
MCWS Ambassadors are the first level of interaction most fans will get when coming to a game! Let's show fans what Omaha hospitality is all about! Ambassadors roam the outside of the stadium, greeting and taking fan photos and answering any questions regarding the event and the City of Omaha. We will arm you with what you need to know! You just need to be comfortable talking to strangers and bring all the good vibes with you!
Giveaway Volunteers
Volunteers will assist with the promotional giveaways at the gates. Volunteers will be assigned to a gate inside the stadium and will hand out the items to Men’s CWS fans as they enter or leave the stadium. The giveaway item for the 2025 MCWS is the ever-sought after Rawlings Keychains!
Check-In Volunteers
Volunteers will assist with the check-in process for special events happening in and around the stadium.
