2021 Season Ticket Information

Season Ticket Holder Information

This past year has been challenging and there are still many unknowns as we prepare for the 2021 NCAA Men’s College World Series.

Season ticket renewal invoices typically are mailed in early December.  For those who rolled over their payment from 2020, your payments for your season tickets are already on your account.  For those who received a refund, we wanted to let you know that your renewal payment is not due at this time.  As we continue to monitor the pandemic response and federal, state and local restrictions, we will be delaying the start of the season ticket renewal process. We are waiting on capacity decisions to determine seating arrangements at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha. With the possibility of reduced capacity, you may not have the same seating location for this year’s championship.

As you prepare for the 2021 CWS, we wanted to apprise you of some changes for the upcoming year and beyond.

MECA, the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha and CHI Health Center Omaha management group, will be transitioning its buildings to all mobile ticket delivery.  Starting in 2021, all CWS tickets, including season tickets, will be mobile.

Concession purchases at the ballpark will be cashless. Only credit or debit cards will be accepted. Cash 2 Card machines, also known as reverse ATMs, will be available for fans carrying cash. There are no fees to use this service and any money left on the card can be used at any business that accepts VISA.

Masks will be required while navigating the ballpark or in your seats, unless actively eating or drinking.

Dependent on final capacity restrictions, fans from different households may be seated next to each other.

Season Tickets

With the move to mobile ticketing, you will manage your season tickets through your desktop computer or mobile device via NCAA Account Manager – new for 2021.  In preparation for mobile ticketing for the 2021 CWS, the NCAA Account Manager User Guide is available to download (see below). Additional information can be found at

If you have not tried to log into your season ticket account yet, please go to Enter your email address on the log in page and select “Forgot Password” to set up a password for your account.

If you currently have paper season tickets, the move to mobile ticketing in 2021 will save you anywhere from $17 to $85, per seat, depending on the location.  You will have the option to receive a refund for that difference, if you rolled over your payment from 2020, or you can have a credit on your account for 2022.  For those who already have mobile tickets, you have been receiving the discount and your pricing will remain unchanged from 2020.

We know that some season ticket holders still may not be comfortable attending large events by June or may have experienced some financial hardships.  If you fall into these groups, we are happy to offer a one-year “opt out” of your season ticket renewal.  You will need to request this at renewal time.  Please note that your seat location will not change for the 2022 CWS if you choose this option, nor will you lose your years of seniority.

If you purchased season ticket parking passes for the 2020 CWS, you will retain those passes at renewal for the 2021 championship – even if you received a refund.  Season ticket holders who rolled over their payments from 2020 will not need to do anything.  Those who received a refund will need to renew and pay for the parking passes at the same time as the ticket renewal.

Email Address

Your email address is important – now more than ever. With the quickly changing landscape of the pandemic response, we may need to reach out to you more frequently than in the past.  Email messaging is the best way to get information sent quickly.  If we do not have an email address on file for your account, we will be in contact with you in the coming weeks. You may also update email address here.

We know there are questions about what will happen with season tickets if TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is at less than full capacity.  The gathering guidelines today may be very different come June.  Again, we will communicate with you as we work through the details in the coming months.  Our staff is ready and willing to assist as we work through these scenarios and changes.  We’re available to help year-round.

While we know there are many changes on the horizon, what hasn’t changed is our appreciation of your support.  Please contact us if you have any questions.  We can be reached at 402.554.4422 or at
