2023 Youth and Family Night at the NCAA Men's College World Series was a smashing success! The evening started off with the game ball will be delivery by the 9AA Omaha Suburban Stampede Blue baseball team – winners of their division in the inaugural Chris Gradoville Memorial Baseball Tournament.

During the 6th inning, the infamous mascot race took place featuring local mascots Billy Bluejay from Creighton University, Durango from the University of Nebraska–Omaha, Hoot from Union Omaha, and Stormy from the Omaha Storm Chasers.



Game 8 also featured an exciting game in which #1 Wake Forest took the lead in the bottom of the eighth inning against #5 LSU that propelled them to a 3-2 victory. 

The night ended with several youngsters participating in the annual Kids Run the Bases Presented by Dick's Sporting Goods. A gallery of the kids running the bases can be found below.
