National Anthem Application

The completed application and a video link of your performance of the National Anthem (no more than 12 months old) must be submitted by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on March 31. You will receive a confirmation screen if your submission is completed successfully. No email confirmation will be sent. 

No late entries will be accepted.

Seventeen finalists will be selected to perform at the 2023 NCAA Men’s College World Series. Winners will be notified via email by early-May.


AUDITION VIDEO GUIDELINES:

These guidelines must be followed when submitting your National Anthem video to be considered to perform at the 2023 NCAA Men’s College World Series.

THERE WILL BE NO LIVE AUDITIONS. Applicants will be selected from the video submissions to perform live at the 2023 NCAA Men’s College World Series.

  • All video submissions must be an a cappella rendition of the “Star-Spangled Banner.” No voice enhancements, background music or other special effects will be considered.
  • Soloist, duo or group submissions are allowed. Groups are limited to 15 individuals, due to space limitations.
  • Applicants may only apply once as either a soloist, duo or group.
  • Horizontal videos centered on the performer(s) are recommended.   
  • Being microphoned is preferred but not required.   
  • YouTube and Vimeo links ONLY please.   
  • No links to your social media pages, privacy settings often prevent us from accessing them.
  • Videos must be less than one year old.   
  • Applicants must provide schedule availability to perform live during the 2023 MCWS (June 16 – 25/26).  
  • Those selected to perform at the 2023 MCWS will receive tickets to the game they are performing, but will need to cover their own travel costs.
