Ticket Refund Policy – Season Ticket Holders
Your NCAA College World Series season tickets and parking can either be refunded or your submitted payment(s) can be applied to your 2021 season tickets and parking.
To indicate your preference, please CLICK HERE to complete the online form by Friday, March 27. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will automatically refund your payment(s).
Whether you choose a refund or to apply your payment(s) to your 2021 season tickets and parking, no additional action is needed after completing the online form.
- If you choose a refund and paid by credit card, your refund will be automatically delivered to the same card used for your purchase(s). Credit card refunds should be received within 30 days. Your 2021 season tickets will remain in your account and payments will be due during the renewal process beginning in early December 2020. Parking will be offered, based on season ticket holder seniority, beginning in February 2021.
- If you choose a refund and paid by check, cash or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 120 days. Again, your 2021 season tickets will remain in your account and payments will be due during the renewal process beginning in early December 2020. Parking will be offered, based on season ticket holder seniority, beginning in February 2021.
- If you choose to apply your payments to your 2021 season tickets and parking, the payments will automatically be applied to your orders.

Please understand that we will be receiving a large volume of calls and emails regarding this decision. We will respond to your specific questions as soon as possible.
Ticket Refund Policy – General Admission Ticket Books
Refunds for general admission ticket books purchased online or over the phone will be automatically delivered to the same card used for your purchase. While we hope this will be done within the next few weeks, Ticketmaster is prioritizing refunds based on when events were scheduled. Almost every event across the country since mid-March have cancelled or postponed. Since CWS was a June event it may take a little bit longer to process your refund. If your general admission ticket book was purchased at the box office at CHI Health Center Omaha box office, please return your ticket book there for a refund. Ticket Refund Policy – PRIMESPORT
If you are a customer who has purchased a ticket, hospitality or hotel package with PRIMESPORT for the CWS you will receive a refund for your purchase within 30 business days. Expect to receive further communication via email.
