The completed form below and your a cappella version of the National Anthem recorded as a video or music file (no more than 12 months old and contain no voice enhancements, background music or other special effects) are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13. You will recieve a confirmation screen if your submission is completed successfully. No emails will be sent. No late entries will be accepted.
The top 30 finalists will audition live Saturday, April 25, at 8:30 a.m. at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, 1200 Mike Fahey Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
