Group Ticket Policies
Thank you for your interest in Group Tickets for the Men’s College World Series. Please review information below for more details.
A group is considered to be 10 to 50 tickets for one game. Additional requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Group tickets are located on the 300-level of TD Ameritrade Park Omaha. The 300-level offers great views of the playing field along with convenient access to concession stands and restrooms. Group ticket options are not available in any other level of the ballpark. If you are interested in a different seating location, please check the official fan-to-fan marketplace, the NCAA Ticket Exchange (available in mid-April), at NCAA.com/CWSTickets. You may be able to find tickets that are close to each other.

Children under the age of 24 months do not need a ticket to enter TD Ameritrade Park, provided that they sit on the lap of an adult. All other guests are required to have a ticket for entry.
Group ticket holders may enter the stadium at any of the four gates or through the elevator entrance located near Gate 2 and the ticket office. Gate 2 is closest to Sections 301-303 and Gate 4 is closest to Sections 321-323. Gates open two hours prior to game time. However, if the first game of the day runs long, the gates for the second game may not open until closer to game time.
The CWS has a reentry policy. Fans may leave the ballpark and reenter the same game by stopping at any gate to have their ticket scanned out. Tickets again will be scanned upon reentry.
Group tickets may not be offered in a commercial promotion or as a prize in a sweepstakes or contest. For a detailed listing of NCAA ticket policies, please visit www.ncaa.com/ticketterms.
Placing A Group Ticket Order
To place a group ticket order, please visit NCAA.com/CWSTickets and click on the Group Ticket link in the events listing. Simply fill out the order form and click “submit”. Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be contacted, by phone, to confirm the order details and to remit payment. Full payment is due with your order. Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please note: tickets cannot be held without payment.
Tickets will be mailed to the group contact, or approved alternate address, approximately two to three weeks prior to the start of the CWS.
Because all CWS games are played, there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets once they have been purchased. If a game is postponed to another day, you may use the original tickets to attend the rescheduled game. Or, if your group cannot attend at the new game time, you may try to resell the tickets through the NCAA’s official fan-to-fan marketplace, the NCAA Ticket Exchange at NCAA.com/CWSTickets.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen group tickets may be replaced. Please keep your tickets in a secure location and do not post photos of your tickets on social media.
Additional Group Tickets
As the game date nears, we understand that you may have additions to your group. Group tickets may be added, based on availability. We cannot guarantee that any additional tickets purchased will be located adjacent to or near the original block of tickets.
As an enhancement to your outing, you may wish to provide concession vouchers for your group. Concession vouchers, also known as Levy Bucks, may be purchased through the stadium’s concessionaire, Levy Restaurants, in $5 increments. Vouchers may include the ability to purchase alcohol and can be used at all Levy Restaurants concession stands and portable locations at the stadium. To order, contact Nick Williams at 402.599.6852 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders must be placed at least five days before the game you are attending. There are no refunds on Levy Bucks purchases.
